销售代表

职位描述:

1、收集并分析辖区内的客户及市场信息,预测年度销售目标并制定销售计划;
2、
了解行业内竞争信息并反馈给公司以及时调整和制定销售策略;
3、
指导并管理辖区内的经销商以完成销售业绩指标。
4、
维护好现有的经销商渠道,发展新渠道并对经销商进行相应的专业技术培训以推进销售业务的快速发展。

职位要求:

1、大学以上学历,至少3年以上实际销售经验;
2
、有工业品或劳动防护用品(PPE)渠道销售管理经验者优先。
3
、具备良好的公关技巧和亲和力、良好的统筹分析以及沟通协调能力; 

4、能够熟练使用计算机及相关软件,有一定的英语基础。

 

招聘职位 (二) 

 

Job Title: Finance Manager
Location: Guangzhou
 
Responsibilities: 
 
Financial area:
1.      Maintain the financial records, including its general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, inventories and other accruals, payroll journal, and general journal using generally accepted accounting principles and   practices as per the corporate polices and guidelines.
2.      Report to GM and APA Financial Controller; control and develop the interface of the finance and business information needs to ensure that the correct operational data is collected, interpreted and distributed in accordance with the corporate guidelines.
3.      Prepare and develop the reportings necessary for management of the business, daily, weekly and monthly – including strong input into forecasting and budgeting;
4.      Analyse and explain the monthly operating results.
5.      Assist in the Preparation of monthly and annual financials including internal management account, GAAP reporting and statutory financial statements and group consolidation package.
6.      Assist GM in preparation of annual budget, forecasts and analysis of actual performance against budget.
7.      Set up financial analysis report of the finance department to ensure financial information is collected and used in an effective and efficient manner.
8.      Handling of the annual filing and inspection with various government authorities.
9.      Keep good relationship with Finance, Tax, Bank and relevant government departments and certified public accountants company.
10.   Budget control for the project and oversee the ongoing expenses; Participate in projects for project costing calculation, business development opportunities, distribution and selling prices etc.
 
HR area:
1.        Formulate and implement personal-related company program and policies.
2.        Establish and update position and performance evaluation guideline, set up the compensation structure and develop the staffincentive programs.
3.        Deal with employee walfare & satisfaction, labor dispute, negotiation of collective contract.
4.        Any other HR related works.
 
Qualifications:
 
1.        Bachelor degree in finance/economics/accounting, certified accountant ispreferred.
2.        Over 5 years accountant working experience, over 3 years accountant management experience in group company, such as supervisor, manager or assistant of CFO.
3.        Familiar with the relative rules and accounting standards of China and IAS; capable of working with English in accounting and financial reports and analysis. 
4.        Familiar with HR knowledge and labor law and regulations.
5.        Good command of English both in oral and written.
6.        Independent and willing to listen to the employees; ready to help with team work spirit.
